Do you remember last week on Friday when I told you that painters were coming to my house? Well, they did, and my walls are subtle, clean, and ready for pictures. I am thrilled to have it done, especially after anticipating this transformation for quite some time. My walls were color-blocked, featuring the darkest color chocolate, which had always made the space seem heavy. Additionally, the ceilings were painted too, providing a fresh contrast. It was always so dark in my house, making it hard to see without lights. Now the ceilings are white, and the walls are painted the same beautiful shiitake color, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I love it; I can’t wait to decorate and showcase my pictures of family and art work in this brightened environment. The fourth picture is the before, a testament to how much things have changed for the better.

Today is the first day of the Holiday open house at Dogwood Vintiques, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you! Come on by and check out booth 7, Evergreen, where all items are marked down by 10%. It’s our early Christmas present to you and a wonderful opportunity to find unique treasures for yourself or thoughtful gifts for your loved ones. Plus, on Saturday, I will be at the Holiday Showcase in California, Mo, hosted at the AA Propane building. There will be several vendors there showcasing their incredible products, making it a perfect chance to explore and support local businesses. It will undoubtedly be a good time filled with festive spirit, so make sure to stop by and say “hi.” I hope you have a fantastic weekend filled with joy and holiday cheer!
