Do you hear that? Me neither. Silence, and it is golden. Here in central Missouri, we have had a snowstorm. Lots of ice with snow. I don’t mind the snow, but the ice brings on problems. Our eldest went to work yesterday, and he said the visibility was terrible. And the roads weren’t that great either. There is no school today, so that means our youngest is sleeping in. By this time on a Monday, the house is usually waking up, but not today. More time for me to listen to God, plan for the week, and dream for the upcoming months.

Yesterday I finished up some work that I will be taking to the antique booth this week. It is time to take Christmas down and add some new items. I made some banners to sell and framed some prints. I also framed some original paintings as well. My theme for one wall is going to be nature. I’m adding plants, birds, and dogs. This will create a big gallery wall.
