Good morning! Happy Valentine’s Day! I hope your day is filled with flowers, chocolate, and love. Did you see Joanna Gaines’ post today? Her house is decorated for Valentine’s Day. So pretty. This is what my house looks like this morning: definitely not Valentine-ready.

I have an excuse, though. I have been taking my mom to appointments this week. Yesterday she had three. Last night I ran Mr. Handsome to the ER because of sharp pain. We found out that he is okay and full of gas. Toot! Toot! Glad he is okay and sleeping well right now. I love him! I did, however, pull the boys’ valentines out and place them where they eat every day. When Max gets home from school and before Job goes to work, they can open them. Mr. Handsome and I are supposed to catch a late lunch or early dinner. We will see if that happens. I definitely need a nap first.

Remember on Wednesday I said I would watercolor a little bit. I did, and I think I might have lost my ability to paint flowers. I tried and tried. This is what I came up with. I am not happy with it. I think I need to start painting every day again. It’s crazy to me how I can loose a skill so fast.
