Hello, friend, and happy Monday. Today is my birthday. I am 53 years old. I wonder where all the time went. When I was a child, I couldn’t wait for the next thing. I remember in middle school I couldn’t wait to go to college. I know, weird, right? But I thought it would be better than my current place in life. Now, sometimes I want to freeze time—freeze time with my children, Mr. Handsome, and my sweet mom. Time is such a thief. But today I am thankful to be 53 and have a little wisdom from the life I’ve lived so far.
Mr. Handsome took the day off to spend with me. I didn’t ask him to; he just did it. What a gift! We are going to a town about an hour away to thrift. I think this is our favorite pastime. I am excited about the treasures we might find, and I’m excited to just spend time with him. So if you watch on stories I will try to post some of our finds. Last night, one of my boys gave me a present. He did so because today he has school and work and was afraid he might not see me. We have this thing for See’s lollipops, so he bought me a whole box full. What a surprise! The other son came in late from work, and I was already sleeping. He left a card on the island with two gift cards in it. Such a sweet gesture.

Before I leave, I did pick up two cool books over the weekend at an estate sale. One is falling apart, but the covers are so cool I couldn’t leave them behind. I will be adding them to my booth pretty soon.

I also wanted to show you how spring is looking around here. I shared these photos on stories, but in case you missed them, I thought I would share them here.

As always I’m glad you’re here.
Best,
Amy
