Hello Friend! How are you? Last week I was down at church camp, and it turned out to be an extraordinary experience that I’ll cherish for a long time. What a wonderful week working with high schoolers who were so eager to learn and grow. I think we all had a blast, engaging in various activities that not only tested our teamwork skills but also deepened our friendships. We were wet, muddy, and sweaty after participating in some fun games and group challenges, but that didn’t deter us from learning more about Jesus. Each evening, we gathered around the campfire, listening to stories and reflections, feeling the warmth of community, which made the experience truly memorable.

When I came home I slept for an entire day. I love Camp Mocomi and I am glad I get to serve there.

While I was gone at camp, my booth was being inundated with shoppers. I was filled with anticipation and excitement as I checked to see what had sold, wondering which pieces had captured the attention of customers the most. My friend and fellow booth owner, Shana, kindly took some things that I had left with her to fill in the spots of sold items, ensuring my booth always looked inviting and well-stocked. Her support was invaluable, and I appreciated her taking the time to help out while I was away. This afternoon, I am going to go there and change things around, rearranging the display to create a fresh look that might draw in even more shoppers. I’m also planning to add some new items hoping to attract those treasure hunters looking for something special.

Today, I get to teach a young lady how to watercolor, and I’m genuinely excited for this opportunity to share my passion for art. I prepared for the class before I left for camp, gathering all the necessary supplies including various brushes, vibrant paints, and watercolor paper, ensuring I had everything ready to make the lesson both informative and enjoyable. As I approach this session, I’m filled with anticipation, eager to guide her through the techniques and creative processes that can turn a blank canvas into a beautiful masterpiece, igniting her imagination and fostering her artistic skills.

I hope you have a great day.

As always I am glad you’re here.

Best,

Amy
