Hello and happy Monday, friend. I hope you had a great weekend. On Saturday, my nieces, mom, and I took a day trip to explore some thrift stores. We had an absolute blast as we rummaged through all sorts of treasures, sharing laughs and discovering unique items that we could put in our homes or sell in my booth. It was a refreshing change from our routine, and we found ourselves reminiscing about the good old times when we had taken road trips together. The girls were absolutely hilarious as ever, bursting into song at every opportunity; it seemed that no matter what word we uttered, they would instantly belt out a song with that word in it, turning our car ride into a cheerful concert. I laughed the whole time, thoroughly enjoying their antics and the sweet moments we shared together. Mom bought us lunch at a place called Ruthie’s. It was a cute restaurant with vintage decor. They have refrigerators that you can see into and inside them held the most beautiful cakes that were huge. We didn’t have dessert because we were stuffed from our lunch, but I had to take a picture of the cakes.

Here is my mom outside one of the buildings. She truly is an angel, always spreading kindness and joy wherever she goes. Yes, she is short; she stands at a petite 4 foot 11, but her spirit and loving nature make her larger than life. Despite her small stature, she has an incredible strength that inspires everyone around her.

I didn’t take pictures while I was in the shops, but I did take pictures of my goodies when I came home, excited to document my finds and show them off to you.

All of these items will be going to the booth at some point. I do buy ahead when I find something I like. The Christmas and the patriotic items will be saved for later, held until their seasons arrive, allowing me to showcase them during the height of demand. I will be happy that I purchased them when it is time for those seasons, as having them ready will not only enhance my booth’s appeal but also cater to the festive spirit that so many people look forward to during those times.

We did stop by a garage sale, and while browsing through the various items, my niece talked me into these jars that caught her eye. What in the world am I going to do with all of these jars? If you have any creative ideas or suggestions for how to utilize these charming jars, please let me know; I would love to hear your thoughts!

As always, I’m glad you’re here. I hope you have a swell day.

Best,

Amy
