Hello and happy Friday! Wow, that was a fast week, wasn’t it? I can’t believe how quickly the days flew by. Do you have any exciting plans for this evening? I hear that there might be a football game tonight featuring a newly engaged player, which adds a unique twist to the usual excitement. Anyone out there a Chiefs fan? Or perhaps a dedicated Swiftie? Tonight, we are hosting a couple, one of whom is a die-hard Swiftie, so I am sure we will have the game on in the background as we enjoy our evening. Maybe we will spot Taylor.

Yesterday I went to an estate sale. Much was picked over when I arrived, but I came across a darling gingerbread man hanging in a corner, charmingly adorned with icing details that caught my eye. I knew instantly that he would make a delightful addition to my booth at Christmas time, where I aim to create a whimsical holiday atmosphere for my customers. Excited by my find, I returned home and was inspired to make some greeting cards and ornaments to add to my upcoming display.

Today I am working @Dogwoodvintiques where I have my booth. It is always fun to work there and see what everyone is interested in. Lately, it has been furniture that has caught the eyes of shoppers, with many looking for distinctive pieces to enhance their homes. I have some charming small tables in my booth that would look cute at the side of a couch, perfect for holding a cup of coffee or displaying a lovely plant. Additionally, I did take in an antique table yesterday, which has intricate details and tells a story of its own. The blend of old and new pieces creates an inviting atmosphere, though I must admit my booth is a bit crowded, making it a delightful treasure hunt for anyone who steps inside.

Make sure you follow along in stories today as I will try to take pictures of the fun booths as I make my rounds.

I hope you have a great weekend.

As always, I’m glad you’re here.

Best,

Amy
