Hello Friend! Did you have a great weekend? We did. We ended up doing some picking, which turned out to be an unexpectedly delightful adventure. Mr. Handsome and I had a wonderful time exploring a thrift shop. He found some old VHS tapes for just 10 cents each, which is simply crazy considering that nothing is sold for 10 cents anymore. It’s like a little treasure hunt every time we go out. Mr. Handsome has this incredible passion for discovering vintage items, and he gets especially excited when he finds something unique. Yes, we still have a VCR, even though it is outdated. He insists that it’s the nostalgia of it that makes watching those old films so enjoyable. It’s these little experiences that make the weekends special.

I found some interesting items to flip, which I think will look good in my booth. However, I might be tempted to keep the beautiful green plates for our house, as they hold a certain charm that complements our decor. I just loved the acorn pillow when I found it and I think it looks good on my new-to-me thrifted chair, bringing a cozy autumn vibe to our living space. The tin with a blue sky, fall leaves, and houses caught my eye because, if you know me, I have something for cute houses; they often inspire my artwork, and I seem to paint them a lot, creating a whimsical world on water color paper. The log cabin tin is such a cute add-on to the Christmas scene I already have displayed, infusing the space with a warm, festive spirit that invites seasonal cheer. And the silver lunch box with the red handle I couldn’t resist. Finally, the charming table I came across will be able to hold some of these finds in the booth.

As always I’m glad you’re here. I wish you the best day.

Best,

Amy
