Hello, friend! Can you believe it is already Wednesday? The days are flying by. I have some fun things planned for today, one of which is making a Santa. I bought this tin the other day, and I think it will be perfect for his body. I hope to show you the finished product on Friday.

Yesterday was a busy day filled with meaningful connections. I went to MomCo (formerly named MOPS), a wonderful community where I serve as a mentor mom for a group of incredible moms. This is my third year serving in this role, and each year brings new joys. When I was a new mom, I was deeply involved in MOPS, and it felt like a lifeline during those overwhelming early days of parenthood. I met great moms who were navigating the same path I was on, sharing both the ups and downs of motherhood. I leaned on them for support, learned from their experiences, and formed some amazing friendships that continue to enrich my life today. Interestingly, Max is still part of a group chat with some of the MOPS kids he grew up with, which is a testament to the lasting bonds created through this program. It truly is a fantastic program! If you’re a mom of littles in search of a supportive environment where there are other moms experiencing similar challenges, I wholeheartedly recommend seeking out MomCo in your city. It has been an invaluable part of my life, and I feel grateful to give back now that my kids are grown and more independent. While I was at MomCo, a fellow mentor mom and dear friend surprised me with a lovely tin she found while antiquing. She thought of me when she came across it, which made my day even more special. It is so heartwarming to be thought of in such a thoughtful way.

I had a friend stop by yesterday after noon, and as we enjoyed our time together chatting, she helped me package up some beautiful Currier and Ives prints that I scored recently. I will be taking them to my booth tomorrow. If you collect Currier and Ives, you definitely don’t want to miss this opportunity; I think I am taking 14 prints in this lot, and they would make a beautiful display in any home. Whether you’re an avid collector or just someone who appreciates art and history, these prints are worth checking out!

I want to thank you to all that came out to Dogwood Vintiques’ open house and supported my small business. I am completely grateful.

Best,

Amy
