Hello Friend! Holy freeze Batman. How are you? Did you survive the crazy winter storm that we experienced? During those long, chilly days at home, I immersed myself in a variety of activities to keep my spirits high. I listened to books, exploring different genres and discovering new authors, which transported me to other worlds. I also painted pictures, letting my imagination run wild with colors and brush strokes, creating vivid scenes that brightened my space. Additionally, I made another junk journal, filling its pages with old and new bits of papers that will allow the person who buys it to add to those pages. To combat the winter blues, I walked on the treadmill regularly, finding solace in the rhythm of my steps as I watched Instagram stories. What did you do while stuck at home for a couple of days? Did you find new hobbies or revisit old ones?
Today I am getting out to go work at the antique mall where my booth is located. It will be fun to do something different. I am sure there will be lots of things to do while I spend my time there, including organizing displays, engaging with customers who are often just as passionate about antiques as I am, and discovering hidden gems among the various booths that might inspire me. The atmosphere is always lively, filled with the sounds of friendly chatter and customers enjoying the hunt for the perfect piece of history. I also relish the opportunity to share stories about the items in my booth, connecting with others over our shared appreciation for the beauty and nostalgia of antiques.
I am leaving you with some pictures of my newest junk journal. I would also like to wish my friend, Rachel, a very happy 16th birthday that was yesterday.

Best,
Amy
